Breaking Blogger News...

We are interrupting our blogging catch up to bring you breaking blogger news... My sister Natalee found out last week that she was one of the top three finalists in Z'tejas's Culinary Chile Contest. She submitted a recipe for a Hazelnut Chile Cheesecake Brownie and was invited to the Viking Cooking School here in Salt Lake to make her recipe live on TV as part of the final competition. Well I have tried these brownies twice in the past few weeks and they are aMaZiNg, SO I wasn't surprised while watching her on air when the judges voted for her unanimously as First Place! So exciting, we are very proud of our family cooking expert. She truly is talented. This is her first recipe that is both award wining and published.

If you would like to try her recipe, it will be featured on the menu at Z'Tejas during the Chile Festival that runs Sept 7th - Sept 27th. You really should taste this, I am a huge Foodie and this is the best thing I have eaten in years.
