This past sept my brother Jeremy's birthday fell on Labor day. He flew in to town from L.A. and it is always great to see him since it is not very often (hint, hint...) We started our celebration at Z'Tejas eating lunch and trying Natalee's cheesecake brownie which was on the menu and delicious. We then meandered through the Gateway for a bit and J.J. got a haircut which he later referred to as 'the worst butchering he ever had' :) (And on a side note, it led to a shorter much more awesome cut which we have been bugging him to do for like a year, -Sweet, score one for bad haircuts!) Later in the day the fam, including my dad and his wife who came in to town and Howard and Mona who are basically family, all headed to Thanksgiving Point for a sweet sweet luau complete with yummy hawaiian spread and fire dancers. The nephews loved it and we all had a blast. (Thanks for the tickets Chris!)
